Kia ora and welcome to Mairehau Primary School. A Full Primary School, providing quality teaching and learning for NE – Year 8, (5 – 13 year olds). A diverse school with a rapidly growing roll, we seek to ignite and excite children in their learning. Our 4 key words: Respect/Whaikoha, Believe/Whakapono, Aspire/Wawata and Achieve/Angitu are integral to the way we do things at Mairehau Primary and guide us to work towards our goal of inspiring our children to achieve excellence. Our children are real, not perfect, our staff don’t always get it right, but from our school community we know, we have a good school.
